This is a 3D-printed quad-legged robot. It uses three servo motors(SG90) to move each leg, resulting in 12 servos in total. It uses an Arduino Nano as the controller for servos, two Lithium-Ion batteries and an LM2596 to power the entire system
We found this Robot on the Instructables website and decided to add voice control to the program. With google voice input, our voice transforms into text and ASCII code. Then it is transmitted via Bluetooth to an HC-05 module connected to the Arduino.
There are eight commands available:
- Move forward/backward
- Turn right/left
- Wave hand/ Say goodbye
- Dance
- Sleep
